Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme. Whisk together until well mixed.
- 2
Marinate Beef
Place the cubed beef tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Kebab Assembly and Grilling
- 3
Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
- 4
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 5
Prepare Kebabs
Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the soaked skewers, alternating between the beef and vegetables for a colorful presentation.
- 6
Grill Kebabs
Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness (145°F for medium-rare).
