Making the Greek Slaw

Combine Slaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.

Prepare Dressing
In a smaller bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Dress the Slaw
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Let sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Making the Garlic Chili Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, chili paste, honey, and soy sauce. Stir until well combined.
Assembling the Tacos

Prepare Flatbreads
Warm the flatbreads or pita bread on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until slightly toasted.

On each flatbread, place a portion of the grilled salmon, top with Greek slaw, and drizzle with garlic chili sauce.
