Prepare the Salmon

    Marinate the Salmon

    In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Salmon

    Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Prepare the Steak

    Season the Steak

    Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

    Cook the Steak

    Heat a skillet over high heat. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, basting with melted butter and adding rosemary sprigs for flavor. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

    Cook the Asparagus

    In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add trimmed asparagus and season with salt. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender and bright green.

    Plate the Surf & Turf

    On a large platter, arrange the cooked salmon and ribeye steaks. Add the sautéed asparagus on the side. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped parsley before serving.
