Fries

Method

Prepare the Fries

  1. 1

    Bake the Fries

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen French fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fries

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Stir halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

Cook the Meat Topping

  1. 3

    Sauté the Meat

In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and ground lamb. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. 4

    Add Aromatics

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  3. 5

    Season the Mixture

Stir in oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to blend with the meat.

Assemble the Loaded Fries

  1. 6

    Layer the Components

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving dish. Spoon the meat mixture evenly over the fries.

  2. 7

    Add Toppings

Top the fries with sliced red onion, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese.

  3. 8

    Finish with Tzatziki

Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the top and serve immediately while hot.
