Fruits

Honey Greek Yogurt Dip

Method

Fruits Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly wash the strawberries, blueberries, and green grapes under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat dry with a clean towel.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pineapple

If using a whole pineapple, cut off the top and bottom, then slice off the skin. Remove the core and dice the fruit into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Slice the Kiwi

Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Segment the Oranges

If using fresh mandarin oranges, peel them and separate the segments. If using canned, drain and set aside.

  5. 5

    Slice the Apple

Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, and slice thinly. To prevent browning, you can toss the slices in a little lemon juice if desired.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Fruit Tray

Arrange all the prepared fruits on a large serving platter or tray, grouping them by type or color for a visually appealing display.

Honey Greek Yogurt Dip Preparation

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. 8

    Mix Well

Using a whisk or a spoon, mix the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.

  3. 9

    Serve

Transfer the honey Greek yogurt dip to a small serving bowl and place it in the center of the fruit tray for easy access.
