Honey Greek Yogurt Dip
Method
Fruits Preparation
- 1
Wash the Fruits
Thoroughly wash the strawberries, blueberries, and green grapes under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticides. Pat dry with a clean towel.
- 2
Prepare the Pineapple
If using a whole pineapple, cut off the top and bottom, then slice off the skin. Remove the core and dice the fruit into bite-sized pieces. If using canned pineapple, drain and set aside.
- 3
Slice the Kiwi
Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Set aside.
- 4
Segment the Oranges
If using fresh mandarin oranges, peel them and separate the segments. If using canned, drain and set aside.
- 5
Slice the Apple
Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core, and slice thinly. To prevent browning, you can toss the slices in a little lemon juice if desired.
- 6
Assemble the Fruit Tray
Arrange all the prepared fruits on a large serving platter or tray, grouping them by type or color for a visually appealing display.
