Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Assembling the Wraps

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
- 5
Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the feta cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and garlic sauce. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Wraps
Lay out the tortilla wraps on a flat surface. Place a generous amount of the filling mixture and a serving of fries in the center of each wrap. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
