Marinade Preparation

Prepare Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well to ensure all chicken pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight to maximize flavor.
Kebab Assembly

Prepare Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. If using metal skewers, skip this step.

Assemble Kebabs
Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, alternating with chunks of bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Leave some space between pieces for even cooking.

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F).

Serve Kebabs
Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve on a platter with warm pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and fresh lemon wedges.
