Cook the Beef and Lamb
In a large skillet over medium heat, add 0.5 lbs of ground beef and 0.5 lbs of ground lamb. Break it apart with a spoon. Season with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the meat is browned and cooked through. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Chop Fresh Ingredients
While the meat is cooking, wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomato, thinly slice the red onion, and peel and slice the cucumber into half-moons. Set all chopped vegetables aside.

Layer the Ingredients
In a bowl, start with a base of cooked basmati rice. Top with a generous portion of the cooked beef and lamb mixture. Add the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomato, sliced red onion, and cucumber. Drizzle with granch sauce to taste.
