Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of pisco, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and 1 whole egg white.

Dry Shake
Seal the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds. This helps to create a frothy texture from the egg white.

- 4
Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- 5
