1

Prepare the Bruschetta

Start by preheating your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.

2

Prepare the Topping

Dice the Roma tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl. Finely chop the fresh basil and add it to the bowl. Mince the garlic and add it as well. Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Toast the Bread

Brush the sliced bread with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

4

Assemble the Bruschetta

Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

5

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic powder, paprika, chopped rosemary, juice of lemon, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

6

Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165Β°F or 74Β°C).

7

Rest and Serve

Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with a side of your choice.

Dessert

8

Prepare Chocolate Ganache

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.

9

Add Flavor

Add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt to the ganache, stirring to combine.

10

Serve with Berries

Allow the ganache to cool slightly, then pour into serving dishes. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!
