Method

Juicing

1

Prepare the Oranges

Wash the fresh oranges thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

2

Cut the Oranges

Using a sharp knife, cut each orange in half crosswise.

3

Juicing

Use a citrus juicer or reamer to extract juice from each orange half. Make sure to squeeze out as much juice as possible.

4

Strain the Juice (Optional)

If you prefer pulp-free juice, pour the freshly squeezed juice through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to catch any pulp and seeds.

5

Add Sugar (Optional)

If you like your juice sweeter, stir in sugar to taste while the juice is still slightly warm.

6

Chill and Serve

If you prefer your juice cold, add ice cubes to the pitcher or serve immediately in a glass over ice.
