Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the haddock fillets with the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the marinated haddock fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
