Preparation and Cooking Steps
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the jumbo shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation.
- 2
Stuff the Shrimp
In a small bowl, mix the horseradish with a pinch of salt. Stuff each shrimp with about 1 teaspoon of the horseradish mixture.
- 3
Wrap with Bacon
Take one slice of bacon and wrap it around each stuffed shrimp, securing the end with a toothpick if needed.
- 4
Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the bacon-wrapped shrimp and fry them for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
- 5
Serve
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve hot with creamy horseradish sauce on the side.
