1. Make the Filling

In a bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Prepare the Dough

Roll out fresh pasta dough into thin sheets. Cut into squares or circles suitable for ravioli.

3. Fill the Ravioli

Place a small spoonful of the cheese filling in the center of each pasta square. Moisten the edges with water, fold, and seal the ravioli tightly.

4. Cook the Ravioli

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

5. Prepare the Marinara Sauce
