Ingredients for Parmigiano Vegano
Method
Directions for Making Parmigiano Vegano
- 1
Prepare Plant-Based Tenders
Preheat your oven according to the plant-based tender package instructions. Arrange the tenders on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Bake until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
- 2
Heat Marinara Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the house marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 3
Melt Halo Mozzarella
Once the tenders are cooked, sprinkle the Halo mozzarella over the top of the tenders and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 4
Assemble the Hoagies
Slice the hoagie rolls open and lightly toast them if desired. Place the cheesy tenders inside the rolls, then top with the warm marinara sauce and sprinkle with dairy-free parmesan. Add fresh basil if using.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your delicious Parmigiano Vegano!
