Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the thin spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced carrots and onions, and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Cook the Plant-Based Meat
Add the plant-based ground meat to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until browned.

Combine the Sauce
Pour in the crushed tomatoes and add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Mix with Spaghetti
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to combine. Stir in the chopped fresh basil.

Serve
Serve the New-Age Bolognese hot, topped with dairy-free parmesan cheese.
