Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Prepare the BBQ Honey Dijon Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, and honey until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Form the Burgers

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties, about 1/2-inch thick. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Grill the Burgers

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of aged cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Brioche Rolls

While the burgers are cooking, slice the brioche rolls in half and toast them on the grill until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Spread a generous amount of the BBQ honey dijon sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche roll. Place the grilled burger patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by a handful of mixed greens, cole slaw, and thinly sliced red onion. Top with the other half of the brioche roll.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Memphis Burger immediately with your favorite side.
