Preheat the Oven

In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped spinach and garlic. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Sauté the Spinach

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and all the cheeses (Parmesan, Mozzarella, Cheddar, and goat cheese). Mix until smooth and well combined.

Mix the Ingredients

Fold in the sautéed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Add Spinach and Artichokes

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Bake the Dip

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with homemade tortilla chips.
