Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked chicken and broccoli back into the skillet and mix well.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is evenly coated with the Alfredo sauce. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
