Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper and grill it over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Make the Bruschetta Topping

In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, add fresh baby spinach, diced cucumber, and crumbled bleu cheese. Toss gently to combine.

  4. 4

    Add the Steak and Toppings

Slice the grilled sirloin thinly and place it on top of the spinach mixture. Spoon the bruschetta topping over the steak, followed by the homemade croutons and crispy onion straws.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the salad and serve with creamy bleu cheese dressing on the side.
