Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven

    Preheat your broiler to high.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the dry white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let cook for about 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Haddock

Place the haddock fillets on a broiler-safe baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  4. 4

    Broil the Haddock

Pour the lemon butter wine sauce over the haddock fillets evenly. Broil in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove the fish from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
