Burger Preparation

Prepare the Burger Patties
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and Cajun seasoning. Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1/2 lb each, and make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

Prepare the Brioche Rolls
While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche rolls on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche roll, layer the mixed greens, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, red onion slices, fresh tomato slices, and drizzle with buffalo bleu cheese dressing. Top with the other half of the brioche roll.

Serve
Serve the blackened bleu jack burger immediately with your choice of sides.
