Prepare Burrito Filling

Heat the Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the canned black beans over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, warmed black beans, shredded chicken, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Assemble Burritos

Prepare the Tortilla
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Add Filling
Spoon about 1 cup of the burrito filling mixture into the center of the tortilla.

Roll the Burrito
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely. Make sure to tuck in the sides as you roll.
Cook the Burrito

Brown the Burrito
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.

Serve
Remove from the skillet and cut in half if desired. Serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream on the side.
