Cut the pork skin into 1-2 inch pieces and remove any excess fat. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add the pork skin pieces to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry until they puff up and turn golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
