Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- 3
Mix Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract until well combined. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring continuously.
- 4
Add Flour and Salt
Gently fold in the flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- 5
Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- 7
Serve
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
