Cracker Preparation

Make the Crackers
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, olive oil, water, sea salt, and herbs. Mix until a dough forms. Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.

Bake the Crackers
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the cut crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
Assemble the Cheese Board

Arrange the Cheeses
On a large wooden board or platter, arrange the Camembert, aged cheddar, blue cheese, and goat cheese. Allow space between each cheese.

Add Crackers and Fruit
Place the house-made crackers around the cheeses. Cut the apples and pears into slices and add them to the board. Scatter the grapes and dried figs around for a colorful presentation.
