Base Preparation

Yakisoba Noodles
Cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Japanese Fried Rice
Prepare the Japanese fried rice by stir-frying cooked rice in a pan with a little oil, adding soy sauce, and any desired vegetables. Set aside.

Furikake Sushi Rice
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Mix with rice vinegar and furikake. Allow to cool.
Protein Preparation

Seared Ahi Tuna
Season the ahi tuna with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat with a little oil and sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked rare. Slice thinly.

Ginger Scallion Tofu
Press and drain the tofu, then cut into cubes. Sauté with ginger and scallions in a pan with sesame oil until golden brown.

Kurobuta Pork Belly
Cook the pork belly slowly in a pan until crispy. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

Misoyaki Salmon
Marinate the salmon in miso paste and cook in a preheated oven or grill until flaky.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
Choose your base and place it in a bowl. Top with your choice of two proteins from the selections prepared.

Add Seasoning
Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, furikake, sesame seeds, and add pickled ginger on the side.

Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your Yonsei dish!
