Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Clean the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Season the Wings

Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the chicken wings. Ensure all wings are well-coated.

Smoking the Wings

  1. 4

    Preheat the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C) for about 15 minutes.

  2. 5

    Smoke the Wings

Place the seasoned chicken wings on the smoker rack. Smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Flavoring the Wings

  1. 6

    Choose Your Sauce

Once the wings are smoked, choose one of the four flavoring sauces (Buffalo, BBQ, Honey Garlic, or Teriyaki).

  2. 7

    Toss the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the smoked wings with your chosen sauce until well-coated.

  3. 8

    Serve

Serve the wings hot, garnished with chopped herbs or celery sticks if desired.
