Method
Burger Directions
- 1
Prepare the Patty
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into a patty.
- 2
Cook the Patty
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patty and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patty and place the slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the cheese melts and the patty reaches your desired doneness.
- 3
Toast the Bun
While the patty is cooking, you can toast the brioche bun. Place the bottom half of the bun on the skillet for about 1 minute until lightly browned.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the toasted bottom half of the bun. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
Fries Directions
- 5
Prepare the Fries
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
- 6
Cook the Fries
Drizzle the vegetable oil over the fries and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat evenly. Bake in the oven for the time specified on the package, usually 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- 7
Serve
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve hot alongside the burger.
