Infusion Preparation

Prepare the Peppers
Slice the Serrano and habanero peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds if you prefer less heat.

Infuse the Gin
In a clean glass container, combine the sliced Serrano and habanero peppers with 750 ml of gin. Seal the container and let it infuse in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days, shaking it gently once a day.

Prepare the Cucumber
Peel the cucumber (if desired) and slice it into thin rounds or wedges.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of lime juice, 30 ml of simple syrup, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.

Combine Ingredients
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with 120 ml of club soda and stir gently to combine.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with cucumber slices and a pinch of salt if desired. Serve immediately.
