Method

Infusion Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Peppers

Slice the Serrano and habanero peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds if you prefer less heat.

  2. 2

    Infuse the Gin

In a clean glass container, combine the sliced Serrano and habanero peppers with 750 ml of gin. Seal the container and let it infuse in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days, shaking it gently once a day.

Cocktail Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Cucumber

Peel the cucumber (if desired) and slice it into thin rounds or wedges.

  2. 4

    Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml of lime juice, 30 ml of simple syrup, and a handful of ice cubes. Shake well until chilled.

  3. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with 120 ml of club soda and stir gently to combine.

  4. 6

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with cucumber slices and a pinch of salt if desired. Serve immediately.
