Chill the Mixing Glass
Start by chilling your mixing glass. Fill it with ice and let it sit while you gather your other ingredients.

Combine Ingredients
In the chilled mixing glass, add 2 oz of Rye Whiskey, 1 oz of Sweet Vermouth, and 0.5 oz of Aged Rum.

Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the mixing glass.

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
