Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of barrel aged gin, 1 oz of vermouth blend, 0.5 oz of Campari, and 2 dashes of cherry dark bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
Garnishing

Add Cherry
Place a Luxardo cherry in the center of the drink as a garnish.

Express Orange Peel
Take a piece of orange peel, express the oils over the drink by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist, then drop it into the drink.
