Cocktail
- 1
Chill glass
If you prefer a colder drink, place a mule mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes before assembling.
- 2
Add spirits and citrus
Fill the chilled mug or a highball glass halfway with cubed ice. Pour in 2 oz Don Fulano Blanco tequila, 1/2 oz Cointreau, and 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 3
Top with ginger beer
Gently top the mixture with approximately 4 oz Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. Pour slowly over the back of a spoon or down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
- 4
Stir
Give the cocktail one or two gentle stirs with a bar spoon to integrate the ingredients without flattening the ginger beer.
- 5
Garnish and serve
Add a lime wheel or wedge to the rim and optionally a small sprig of fresh mint tucked beside it. Serve immediately over ice.
