Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract 1 oz of fresh juice.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Botanist gin, Strega liqueur, fresh passion fruit juice, and vanilla syrup.
