Shrimp Preparation

Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning and stir to combine.

Add the Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp to the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Drain and Cool
Remove the pot from heat and drain the shrimp in a colander. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool them down.

Serve
Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges.

Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Adjust the Flavor
Add hot sauce to taste, mixing well to combine all ingredients.

Serve the cocktail sauce in a small bowl alongside the shrimp.
