Method
Cooking the Pasta
Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a rolling boil. Add 2 tablespoons of salt to the water.
Cook Tortellini
Add the tri-color tortellini to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-5 minutes) until they float to the surface.
Drain Pasta
Once cooked, drain the tortellini in a colander and set aside.
Making the Sauce
Heat Olive Oil
