Preparing the Pork Tenderloin
- 1
Marinate the Pork

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200°C/400°F).

- 4
Rest the Pork
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables
- 5
Chop the Vegetables
Slice the zucchini and red bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.
- 6
Toss with Olive Oil and Seasoning
In a bowl, combine the chopped zucchini, red bell pepper, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Making the Balsamic Reduction
- 8
Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey.
