Remove the Cow's Milk, Soft Ripened Triple Cream Cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.

While the cheese is softening, take the pitted dates and chop them into small pieces. This will help them blend well with the cheese.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened triple cream cheese with the chopped dates. Gently fold the ingredients together until well incorporated.

Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves over the mixture and drizzle with honey. Lightly mix to distribute the garnish evenly throughout the cheese and dates.
