Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the prepared vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and spinach) to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until they are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the vegetables and oil.

  2. 5

    Season the Dish

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta mixture. Add lemon juice and toss again to combine.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Pasta Primavera!
