Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

  3. 3

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the chicken is marinating, wash and slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and the zucchini into rounds.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a separate bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Once the chicken is grilled and resting, place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
