Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a large bowl, combine Andy Gator beer, Colson's hot sauce, and Chandeleur Free Mason BBQ sauce. Add chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Spice Mix

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or grill pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard the marinade) and sprinkle the spice mix on both sides of each thigh. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 5

    Add Garlic

In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add minced garlic to the skillet, ensuring it doesn’t burn. Stir occasionally.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges on the side. Optionally, provide extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
