Preparation

  1. 1

    Select Your Cheeses

Choose a variety of cheeses for your platter. For this recipe, we are using Cheddar, Brie, Blue, and Goat cheese. Cut them into bite-sized pieces or wedges.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Crackers

Arrange the water crackers, whole wheat crackers, and herbed crackers in a small bowl or directly on the platter. Ensure they are spread out for easy access.

  3. 3

    Wash and Slice Fruits

Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cool water. Slice the apple into thin wedges, remove the core. If using fresh figs, wash them gently and cut them in half. Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems.

  4. 4

    Arrange the Platter

On a large serving platter, start by placing the cheeses in different sections. Next, add the crackers around the cheeses. Fill in the gaps with the grapes, apple slices, figs, and strawberries. If using, sprinkle the almonds and walnuts around the fruits for added texture and flavor.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once everything is arranged, your cheese platter is ready to serve. Enjoy with your favorite beverages.
