In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into 1-ounce meatballs, making about 100 meatballs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.

Prepare San Marzano Tomato Sauce
In a large saucepan, pour in the San Marzano tomato sauce and heat over medium heat until simmering. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
