1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta of your choice (Penne, Rigatoni, or Spaghetti) and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. If making the vodka sauce, add the heavy cream and cook until heated through.
3. Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add your chosen sauce (Marinara, Tomato, or Vodka sauce) to the skillet and mix well. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
4. Garnish and Serve
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil.
