Preparation Instructions
Make the Vanilla Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form and set aside.
Prepare the Espresso
Brew a fresh cup of espresso and pour it into a heat-resistant glass.
Mix the Alcohol
In the glass with the espresso, add Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, Baileys Irish Cream, and Kahlua. Stir gently to combine.
Top with Vanilla Cream
Spoon the house-made vanilla cream over the coffee mixture, allowing it to float on top.
Garnish
Garnish with a few coffee beans on top of the cream for presentation.
