1. Prepare the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and drain it well to remove excess moisture.

2. Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

In a pot, combine yellow split peas, chopped onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 30-40 minutes until peas are soft.

6. Serve

Serve warm or at room temperature, drizzled with olive oil.
