Add Garlic and Peppers
Stir in the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Broth
Add the canned crushed tomatoes, fish stock (or water), paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Introduce Trahanas
Once boiling, add the trahanas (or orzo) and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the Fish
Cut the fresh fish into bite-sized pieces and gently fold them into the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
