    Prepare the Marinade

    In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well until fully combined.

    Marinate the Pork

    Place the pork shoulder in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

    Cook the Pork

    Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the pork from the marinade and place it in a roasting pan. Cover with foil and cook for about 3 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

    Finish and Serve

    Remove the pork from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes, then shred with two forks. Serve the spicy pork garnished with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
