Colossal shrimp cocktail. Lollipop lamb chops. Seared tuna, bok choy, red pepper, shiitake, coconut rice, wasabi. Grass-fed bone in cowboy steak 18 ounces, sautéed broccolini. Filet Oscar, jumbo lump crabmeat, béarnaise & grilled asparagus. Lobster thermidor 1 lb. & filet mignon 8 ounce. Sautéed mushrooms. Goat cheese au gratin potatoes.

Colossal Shrimp Cocktail

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Boil the colossal shrimp in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.

    Serve

    Serve the shrimp chilled with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.

Lollipop Lamb Chops

    Marinate the Chops

    Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Marinate lamb chops for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill the Chops

    Grill the lamb chops over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Seared Tuna with Coconut Rice and Vegetables

    Cook the Rice

    Combine rice and coconut milk in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.

    Sear the Tuna

    Sear the tuna steaks in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side for rare. Remove and let rest.

    Sauté the Vegetables

    Sauté bok choy, red pepper, and shiitake mushrooms in a skillet until tender.

Grass-fed Bone-in Cowboy Steak

    Season the Steak

    Season the cowboy steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Cook the Steak

    Sear the steak in a hot skillet or grill for 6-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

Filet Oscar

    Cook the Filet

    Sear the filet mignon in a hot skillet until desired doneness.

    Assemble

    Top the filet with jumbo lump crabmeat and béarnaise sauce. Serve with grilled asparagus.

Lobster Thermidor

    Prepare the Lobster

    Cook lobster meat in boiling water until done. Chop and mix with cream, cheese, mustard, and paprika.

    Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Sautéed Mushrooms

    Sauté the Mushrooms

    Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté until golden brown.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

Goat Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes

    Layer sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish, alternating with goat cheese.
