In a cocktail shaker, combine the Stoli Blueberry Vodka, Rockey's Botanical Liqueur, Dr. Mixer's Blueberry Elixir, Limoncello, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
